Fanned Stack of Hearts With Arrow and Flowers

A row of layered hearts fans out across the middle of the page, each one tucked slightly behind the next so they look like a stack of cut-out shapes. A thin arrow runs through them, with its feathered tail sticking out at the upper right and the pointed tip poking out at the lower left. Three flowers fill the corners, one at the top left, one at the bottom left and one at the bottom right. Each has a round center and several rounded petals with small pointed leaves around the edges. The thick outlines make this easy for small hands to handle. Try coloring each heart layer a slightly different shade, such as light pink to deep red, so kids can see how the stack builds. Printing it on cardstock also works well for a handmade card.
