Stained Glass Moon Circle, Equestria Girls Twilight Sparkle
Coloring guide
This round, stained-glass style design from Equestria Girls shows Twilight Sparkle sitting with her eyes closed on the edge of a big crescent moon. Her long hair streams behind her, and she wears a star-decorated skirt, knee-high socks and heeled shoes. Inside the curve of the moon, five friends cheer with their arms raised from circular frames, and a small dog sits in a circle below them. A crown with a star fills the top circle. Along the left side of the ring there are more star-filled circles and a small portrait circle, and the plain empty circles along the bottom are waiting for patterns. Deep purples and blues suit the hair and skirt, and the star circles shine in bright yellow. Save it as a free PDF for a screen-free activity at home. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big crescent moon in sky blue, filling the large curved shape and its inner edge, leaving the frame for later.
- 2Fill the outer frame segments with soft lilac and light lavender, alternating them around the circle for a glass look.
- 3Color Twilight's long hair and boots in deep purple, add navy blue to her hat and dress trim, and keep the shine highlight on her dress white.
- 4Fill the small circles: golden yellow for the bottom orbs and the moon circle, rose pink for the other orbs, and bright violet for the star circles.
- 5Color the pony friends' hair in pink and peach tones, and the little dog in bright pink, leaving eye whites and highlights white.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of deep purple along the edges of Twilight's dress and hair to give depth.
