Statue of Liberty and Eagle With United States Flag

Coloring guide
The Statue of Liberty stands on her base at the left with her right arm raised high, holding the torch with its flame. She wears her spiked crown and long draped robes, and a tablet is tucked in her other arm. Beside her is a large rectangular American flag with rows of small stars in the upper left corner and horizontal stripes across the rest. Above the flag, a bald eagle soars with its wings spread wide and its talons tucked under its body. The words United States are written in bold script along the bottom. The stars are small, so crayons or fine-tip markers work best there. For a learning activity, color the flag in red, white and blue, then count the stars and stripes together and talk about what each stands for.
