Tongue-Out Puppy With a Collar, a 101 Dalmatians Classic

A cheerful Dalmatian puppy stands on all four legs with its head tilted and its pink tongue hanging out of a big smile. One ear flops down in outline while the other is filled in solid black and flips up at the top of the page. The puppy has large round eyes with thick lashes, a dark shiny nose, and a collar with a round tag and a small starburst shape on its chest. Scattered black spots cover the body, neck, and legs, and a thin tail curls out behind. The lines are clean and the shapes are big, so it works well for younger kids. Try keeping the spots black and the coat white, then use bright colors for the collar, tag, and tongue. You could also have children count the spots they find on the body as a quick counting activity.
