Two Witches Flying Over a Sleepy Village

Across the night sky zoom two smiling young witches on twig brooms, a huge cratered full moon glowing behind them. The older girl has long wavy hair, striped stockings and buckled boots. Her friend wears braids tied with bows and a cloak fastened at the neck, and both have tall pointed hats with buckles. In the upper corner a little bat flutters with wings outstretched, and stars and puffy clouds fill the sky. Far below lies the sleepy village, with timber-framed houses and chimneys, a church-style tower with a weather vane, a lantern, a river and distant hills. Deep purples and midnight blues for the sky, a soft yellow moon and bright stripes on the stockings would look great. This free printable is a good fit for kids who love lots of detail. This fits right in with our Witch coloring pages — see also Ghost and Bat.
