Elephant Walking Right With a Single Curved Tusk

A single elephant walks to the right in this side view, drawn with thick, clean outlines. Its trunk hangs down and curls slightly up at the tip, with small wrinkle lines running along it. One curved tusk sticks out near the mouth, and there is a small eye with a bit of brow above it. The large ear folds down along the shoulder, and a thin tail with a little tuft hangs at the back. You can see the toenails on the feet and a few light wrinkle marks on the legs. The body is a big open shape, so it is easy for small hands to fill in. Try coloring it in realistic grays and browns, then use a darker pencil on the ear and trunk wrinkles to show how the skin folds. This free printable also works well for a lesson on elephant body parts.
