Winged Wolf Running With Falling Feathers
Coloring guide
A wolf with large feathered wings bounds toward the viewer, mouth open and tongue hanging out in a happy expression. Both wings are spread high on either side, with long layered feathers that give plenty of room for color. The wolf has pointed ears with small rings on them, thick fluffy fur on the chest and cheeks, and a big bushy tail curled up behind the body. Its front legs stretch forward mid-stride, and a few loose feathers drift through the air on the right side. Try coloring each wing feather row in a slightly different shade, such as light to dark blue or gray, to show how feathers overlap. The wide open areas also work well for soft pencil shading on the fur. This printable page suits kids who enjoy fantasy animals and want a mix of detailed and simple spaces to color.
