Wolf Family Finds Baby in a Basket
Coloring guide
A large mother wolf leans down with a gentle smile and looks at a baby lying in a woven basket. The baby is wrapped in a cloth with a small round face peeking out. Three wolf cubs crowd around the basket. One cub rests a paw on the rim and looks at the baby from behind it, while two cubs in the foreground stand on their hind legs with their backs to us and reach toward the basket. Big leaves hang in the top left corner and a long palm frond fills the top right. A few small stones sit on the ground at the right. Try gray and brown shades for the wolves, then a warm tan for the basket so the baby's face stands out. Kids can also practice texture by adding short strokes along the fluffy fur. It's a free printable that works well for story time or a quiet craft afternoon.
