Wolf Standing Side View on Snowy Ground

Wolf Standing Side View on Snowy Ground coloring page

Coloring guide

A single wolf stands in profile, facing left, with its head held level and its eyes looking ahead. The drawing shows pointed ears, one with a little inner ear detail, a long snout with a round nose, and a shaggy line of fur running along the neck and back. The thick body is left mostly open, which gives you plenty of space to color. All four legs are planted on a bumpy patch of ground made from loose, wavy lines, and a few small marks near the bottom look like snow or rough earth. Try grays, whites, and soft browns for the coat, then use short pencil strokes along the back and chest so the fur looks fluffy. This printable page also works well for talking about how wolves use their thick coats to stay warm. Pick an icy blue for the ground to finish the scene.
