A Happy Bus Rolls Over a Stone Bridge by the Duck Pond

A bus with its own happy face crosses a stone arch bridge in this free printable. A boy sits at the steering wheel, and three smiling kids look out of the side windows, with one of them waving. Below the bridge, a small sailboat with a flag floats on rippling water. A mother duck swims with two ducklings in the bottom corner. Bushes and trees fill the background, puffy clouds drift across the top, and cattails and grass tufts frame the edges. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the bus body, the big and small ducks, and the bus roof sign with golden yellow, leaving the sail highlights white.
- 2Fill the bridge arch, pillars, and wall stones with sandy beige, then color the bridge road and railing with light gray and medium gray.
- 3Color the bushes and trees around the bridge with leafy green and forest green, and add lime green to the grass patches at the lower left and right.
- 4Color the bus windows and the cloud at the top left with sky blue or pale sky blue, and color the bus wheels and mirrors medium gray.
- 5Color the sailboat hull with bright red and keep the white stripe and sails white. Color the cattails and reed tops with sky blue.
- 6Optional: Add a darker shade of each color along one side of the bus and the bridge stones to give the drawing some depth.
