ASL Number 9 Hand Sign Circle Shape

Coloring guide
A single hand is drawn in bold black outline, with the thumb and index finger curled together to form a round open circle in the middle of the page. The other fingers are folded in a loose fist shape along the left side, and small tick lines mark the knuckles, creases and the base of the thumb. The wide white areas make it easy to color with a marker or crayon. Try using one skin tone for the whole hand and a bright color to fill the circle so kids notice the opening that makes this sign. This free printable fits well in an ASL number lesson. Ask children to copy the hand shape with their own fingers while they color, then compare it with the drawing.
