Baby Brachiosaurus and Pterodactyl Friend by Palm Tree

A long-necked dinosaur with big round eyes and a small smile walks across a grassy field, shown sideways on the page. Its neck curves down low and its tail curls up at the back. Each foot has rounded toenails, and a few little lines mark the skin on its legs. A small pterodactyl with a pointed head crest and wide wings stands beside it, looking happy with its own big eyes. Behind them is a palm tree with a scaly trunk and spiky leaves. Tufts of grass, a leafy plant, and fluffy clouds fill the rest of the scene. The large open shapes on the dinosaur's body are easy for small hands to fill in. Try greens and browns for the dinosaurs, then ask kids to talk about which one is bigger and which one can fly. This page is free to print, so you can make extra copies for a group.
