Sitting on the grass with a bamboo stalk hugged in both paws, this round-faced baby panda nibbles a leaf that pokes out of its smiling mouth. Big sparkly eyes, a small round nose and fluffy cheek fur give the little bear loads of personality. - 1Start with the bamboo stalks and leaves: fill them with pale lime green, then add leaf green on the leaves for a fresh, two-tone look.
- 2Color the panda's ears, arms, legs, and eye patches with charcoal gray, leaving the face, belly, and cheeks white.
- 3Fill the inner ears with soft coral pink, and color the foot pads with dusty peach.
- 4Color the two small pebbles at the bottom with light gray, and keep the grass and background white.
- 5Keep the eye shines, the nose-area highlights, and the white bamboo nodes uncolored so the drawing pops.
- 6Optional: add a few darker charcoal strokes on the black patches to give the fur some texture.
