Big Open Umbrella and Five Raindrops
Coloring guide
Right in the middle of this page is one large open umbrella, with five raindrops falling around it. Two drops are up top, one on either side of the handle, and the other three fall lower down next to the curved handle. Bold lines split the canopy into six wide panels, and the bottom edge makes a scalloped curve. There's a small rounded tip on top and a band on the handle near the hook. The outlines are thick and clean with big open spaces, so little hands can stay inside the lines easily. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Color the far left canopy panel and the far right canopy panel in cherry red and leaf green, starting with the big outer sections of the umbrella.
- 2Fill the left center canopy panel with lemon yellow and the right center canopy panel with sky blue.
- 3Color the umbrella shaft in warm brown, keeping the strokes neat along the long part of the handle.
- 4Fill the curved handle hook and the small top tip knob with tangerine orange.
- 5Color the collar ring around the handle in golden yellow, then fill all five raindrops with sky blue, leaving the background white.
- 6Optional: add light diagonal strokes inside each color so the finished page looks like hand-drawn pencil work.
