Cartoon T. Rex Walking Past Erupting Volcano

A cartoon T. rex with a big head, a wide open mouth full of pointy teeth, and a curious sideways eye walks across the page. The page is turned on its side, so the dinosaur's tail points up toward the top right. Its small arms have clawed fingers, and its feet have curled toes. Wavy lines run along the back, belly, and tail, which gives you nice stripe shapes to fill in. Behind it, a puffy-edged volcano shoots out little rocks and spray lines. Spiky leafy plants and small grass tufts are scattered around the ground. This free printable is a good chance to talk about volcanoes and plant eaters versus meat eaters. Try orange, red, and yellow for the volcano and rocks, then pick two or three greens for the dinosaur's wavy stripes and the plants.
