Peace Dove with Olive Branch, Jesus / Bible Coloring Page

A cheerful dove glides across the center of the page with its wings spread wide, a small olive branch held in its beak. A round eye and soft, rounded feathers give it a friendly face. Straight rays fan out behind the bird inside a large oval border, a bit like sunlight streaming through. Wings, tail feathers and leaves are drawn as big, open shapes with bold outlines, so young children can color them easily, and older kids can add feather patterns or shading. It's handy for talking about peace and stories like Noah's ark. Soft gray or white would suit the dove, bright green the olive leaves, and warm yellow and orange the rays. Print it free for Sunday school or a quiet afternoon at home. This fits right in with our Jesus / Bible coloring pages — see also Flowers and Spring.
