Earth Day Recycling Boy with Bottle and Bin
Coloring guide
This cheerful boy has short tousled hair and a huge proud smile as he reaches up to drop a plastic bottle into a big recycling bin with the three-arrow symbol on it. He's dressed in a short-sleeved t-shirt, shorts, socks and sneakers. A folded newspaper with lines of text and a soda can rest at the bottom of the bin, with little tufts of grass on both sides. The big open shapes work for preschoolers and early elementary kids, and the newspaper text gives older children something detailed to color. Make the bin green or blue so the symbol stands out, then try a red can and a light blue bottle. It's a free printable that fits an Earth Day talk about sorting trash and looking after the planet.
