Family Picnic Eating Watermelon in the Park With a Kite

On a checkered blanket in the park, a smiling family each hold a juicy slice of watermelon. Dad wears a polo shirt, mom has a wide-brimmed sun hat with a flower and a floral dress, and the little boy and girl (she has a high ponytail) grin as they dig in. In front of them sit a plate of watermelon wedges, a stack of sandwiches, a bowl of fruit with apples, grapes and a banana, and a small basket of strawberries. A wicker picnic basket rests at the left edge. Behind the family you'll spot a big shade tree, a park bench, a pond, bushes, puffy clouds and a kite with a bow-tie tail up in the sky. Flowers dot the grass. There's lots of detail here for different skill levels, and it's free to print. Bright pink and red on the slices with green rinds look great, and kids can choose their own cheerful pattern for the blanket.
