Galloping Horse Outline With Flowing Mane

Coloring guide
A single horse is drawn in simple black outline, caught mid-gallop and facing right. Its head is lifted, the mane is jagged and wavy along the neck, and the legs are bent and tucked as if it is in full stride. There are a few small enclosed shapes inside the body, including a little oval near the shoulder and a larger one near the belly, which make fun spots to color differently. There is no background at all, so the whole page is open white space. This free printable works well for younger kids because the lines are thick and the shape is easy to stay inside. Try coloring the horse in a solid chestnut or gray, then use a darker shade for the mane and the small inner shapes to show spots or shadows. Older kids could draw a grassy field underneath it.
