A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big areas: color the girl's pink shirt in blush pink and her skin areas in peach skin, leaving the eye whites and small highlights white.
- 2Fill the jeans in denim blue and the cuffs in sky blue, then color the hair and tree trunk in chocolate brown.
- 3Use honey tan for the woven basket and olive green for its rim, adding khaki on the shaded parts and leaving the little gaps between weaves white if you like.
- 4Color the sun and the yellow flower in lemon yellow, the striped eggs in golden yellow, and the purple egg in lavender purple.
- 5Fill the leaves and grass in grass green and forest green, then add rose pink to the shoes and flower petals, keeping the flower centers and shoe laces white.
- 6Optional: add a pale blue sparkle on the spotted blue egg and a little steel blue shading on the jeans for depth.
