Ladybug Girl Holding a Tiny Spotted Kwami

Coloring guide
A smiling girl wearing a domino mask, with big sparkling eyes and two curled pigtails, looks down at a tiny round creature sitting in her cupped hands. The little friend has large shiny eyes, a happy open mouth, two small antennae and a spotted head and belly. Her polka-dot top has big circles in different sizes, and three outlined hearts float around the page. Bold lines and roomy spaces are perfect for kids who enjoy filling in big dots without fuss. Red for the suit and the mask dots looks right, and a soft pink or red body with black spots will help the little creature stand out in her hands. This free printable suits a quiet afternoon at home or in the classroom. If you enjoyed this Ladybug page, don't miss our Puppies and Cats coloring pages.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the skin: color the face, forehead, neck, ears and hands with skin peach, leaving the eye whites and the kwami's eye whites white.
- 2Fill the big suit areas with bright red, including the body, arms and the kwami's body, and use coral red for the blush on the cheek.
- 3Color the hair in chocolate brown for the top, pigtails and bangs, and use caramel brown for the strands on the right side.
- 4Add the mask in bright red and the hearts and earring in rose pink.
- 5Fill the polka dots on the suit and the small spots on the kwami with charcoal black, leaving the tiny white highlights untouched.
- 6Optional: Add a little deep red shading along the edges of the suit and a touch of tan orange on the shadowed parts of the face for depth.
