Lakeside Castle Reflection With Swans and a Rowboat

Pointed turrets and little flags rise from a tall stone castle behind a row of leafy bushes, and its whole reflection ripples across the lake below. That reflection adds a lot of detail for kids to work through. Out on the water, two swans glide along, an empty wooden rowboat floats with a single oar, and lily pads, water lilies and cattails grow near the edges. Behind the castle you'll spot pine trees, rounded mountains, puffy clouds and a big round sun or moon. This free printable is a good fit for kids who enjoy longer, detailed projects, and it suits a calm classroom or a quiet afternoon. Lavender and gray work well for the towers, with warm yellow for the sun and pale pink water lilies against the blue-green water.
