Letter Y With Playful Kitten and Yarn Ball

This free printable alphabet page features a big, bubbly outline of the uppercase letter Y, easy for little hands to color inside. Next to it, a happy kitten crouches in the grass with one paw resting on a large ball of yarn. The kitten has wide eyes, a small open smiling mouth, whiskers, and stripes on its head, back, and curled-up tail. A loose strand of yarn trails across the ground in front, and a few small tufts of grass and tiny motion lines near the ball add some extra detail. Try coloring the kitten orange with darker orange stripes and making the yarn ball a bright color, since Y also stands for yarn. It is a nice way to practice letter recognition while kids work on coloring inside the lines. Kids who like Alphabet coloring pages usually enjoy Math Pixel Art and Anatomy too.
