A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Start with the big letter D: fill its outer shape with sky blue, and leave the inner counter for the green step.
2. 2Color the dinosaur's long neck, body, tail, and front leg with grass green, plus the inside of the letter D.
3. 3Fill the tall fern leaves and the grass tufts on both sides with forest green, leaving the pale leaf highlights white.
4. 4Dot the neck, back, and tail with golden yellow spots, then color the tongue and mouth coral pink.
5. 5Shade the rocks at the bottom with light gray, keeping the dinosaur's claws and the whites of its eyes white.
6. 6Optional: add a slightly darker green shadow along the lower edge of the body for a little depth.
