Mama Ladybug Walking With Her Three Little Ones

Coloring guide
In tall grass, a big smiling ladybug heads along with three small ladybugs following in a line behind her. Each little one has a happy face, curly antennae and a spotted shell. Mama has large round spots on her back, long eyelashes and antennae with round tips. A smiling sun with pointed rays shines in the corner above. Daisy-style flowers dot the page: a large one at the top left, a smaller one in the middle, one on the right and two near the bottom. Grass tufts and little ground lines complete the meadow. Coloring mama red and the babies a lighter orange makes the family stand out against the green grass. Big spots and simple shapes keep it easy for young kids. Free to print for home or school. Add this to your Ladybug coloring page collection, alongside Puppies and Cats.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start by filling the big ladybug shells and the little ladybugs' shells with bright red, leaving the round spots white for now.
- 2Color the sun and all the flower centers with golden yellow, then fill the tall flower petals with lavender and the pink flowers with rose pink.
- 3Paint the ladybug faces and the little ones' faces with peach, and use charcoal gray for the dark head tops, the spots, and the legs.
- 4Fill the grass blades with lime green, fresh green and leaf green, and color the ground strip at the bottom with soft lime.
- 5Leave the eye whites, the background and the small highlights white. Optional: add a slightly darker green along the edges of the grass to add depth.
