Maned Wolf Standing With Long Legs and Big Ears

A single canine stands facing the viewer with its head turned slightly to one side. It has very tall, pointed ears with tufts of fur inside, a narrow snout with a dark nose, and watchful eyes. The neck and chest are covered in shaggy, jagged fur lines, and the body sits on remarkably long, thin legs. A short tail hangs down behind one back leg. Simple ground lines and a few small marks sit beneath the paws, so the background stays open. Since the page is a free printable, it works well for a quick animal lesson. Kids can use reddish orange for the coat and darker shades on the legs, then talk about why long legs might help an animal see over tall grass. The big open spaces on the body are good for practicing soft, short strokes that look like fur.
