Rowboat, Ducks and Dock on a Mountain Lake

A wooden rowboat floats on a calm lake, tied with a rope to a plank dock with chunky posts on the right. Two ducks paddle through gentle ripples in the lower left, and the water reflects the snowy peaks and the tall pines along the shore. In the center, a big mountain stands with smaller peaks beside it, a line of evergreens runs along its base and puffy clouds fill the sky. Cattails, leafy plants, small flowers and rounded rocks frame the bottom corners. Older kids can enjoy the reflections and wavy water lines, while the large boat and ducks are easy starting points for younger ones. Honey-brown suits the boat and dock against cool blues and teals in the water, and yellow-orange bills give the ducks some personality. Print it at home for class time or a rainy day.
