A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the sky-blue and slate-blue mountain sides, leaving the snow cap on top white.
- 2Color the grass hills and trees in forest green, grass green and lime green, then add the dark green bushes at the edges.
- 3Fill the girl's clothes: bright pink shirt, lavender purple pants, and royal blue backpack with chestnut brown shoes.
- 4Color the boy's red backpack, sky blue shirt and khaki tan pants, then add the peach skin and caramel brown hair.
- 5Use sandy gold for the winding dirt path and light gray for the small rocks, keeping the sky between the trees white.
- 6Optional: Add a little darker shading on the trees and the backpacks to make them look more dimensional.
