Night Campfire With Three Hedgehogs, a Jan Brett Scene

Three hedgehogs sit close together beside a campfire, and the whole picture is turned sideways on the page. A ring of rounded stones surrounds the flames and a few small logs. One hedgehog is wrapped in a blanket with its feet sticking out, holding a long stick toward the fire. A large hedgehog with a spiky back rests nearby, and a small one sits tucked in front. Two plates with spoons, a pine cone, tufts of grass, little stars in the sky and the corner of a tent fill out the scene. Turn the page so the fire sits at the bottom, then try warm oranges and yellows for the flames, deep blues around the stars, and a mix of browns for the spines. It's a free printable that works well for a camping theme or a quiet story time activity.
