Pirate Boy at the Ship's Wheel, Advanced Designs Adventure

A cheerful young pirate in a skull-and-crossbones hat grips a big wooden steering wheel as the ship sails over choppy waves. A parrot sits on his shoulder. Nearby are a treasure chest, a barrel, a hanging lantern, coiled rope and an anchor on the hull. Rope rigging climbs the mast to a crow's nest, with a flag above a large sail. Far off, a rocky island with palm trees and bushes sits under a round sun, puffy clouds and a few seagulls. From the wheel spokes to the rigging and wave swirls, there are lots of small sections, so it's best for kids with steady pencil control who like careful coloring. Bright red and green feathers on the parrot will pop against the warm brown wood. Free to print at home or school.
