Saddled Horse Standing in the Grass

A horse stands calmly in a grassy field, turned slightly toward the viewer with its head lowered a little. It wears a bridle with round buttons at the cheeks and a strap around its neck, plus a saddle with a stirrup hanging down. The saddle blanket has a small star on each corner. The horse has a long flowing mane, a soft forelock with a diamond-shaped marking on its face, and a full tail that sweeps toward the ground. A simple horizon line runs behind it, a few grass tufts sit near its hooves, and a leafy branch hangs in the top corner. Try browns and tans for the horse, then pick two bright colors for the saddle blanket so the little stars really stand out. The page is free to print, and it works well for a quiet afternoon or a farm animal unit.
