Single Elm Leaf With Jagged Edges and Veins

Coloring guide
One large leaf slants across the page from the upper left tip down to a curved stem at the bottom right. A double-lined midrib runs the full length, and thinner side veins branch off it in neat rows, curving gently toward the edges. The outline is toothed and uneven, with small sharp points all the way around, which gives the leaf a realistic, slightly rough look. The wide white spaces between the veins are easy to fill in. Kids can try a green-to-yellow blend, starting dark near the midrib and lightening toward the edges, or pick autumn oranges and reds. It also works well for a quick science lesson. Print it free, then have children trace the midrib and count the side veins on each half of the leaf.
