Smiling Cat With Big Bow and Flowers

A sitting cat with a round head, pointed ears, long whiskers and big eyes with eyelashes smiles out from the middle of the page, with its tongue peeking out. A large striped bow sits at its neck, and the front paws are drawn side by side with little toe lines. Its long tail curls around the bottom. Behind the cat are two flowers with leaves on the upper left, and small circles are scattered all around like polka dots. The cat appears to be sitting on a wavy blanket or rug. Try coloring the bow in a bright pattern, then pick a different color for each flower petal and dot. The large open shapes work well with crayons for younger kids, and the whiskers and eyelashes are good fine-motor practice with a thin marker. This printable page suits a quiet afternoon at home or a classroom pet unit.
