Mother Whale and Baby Whale Swimming Side by Side

A big, round mother whale curves across the page with a friendly smile, and her smaller baby swims right under her chin, grinning the same way. Both have large shiny eyes and curved belly lines. Mom's tail flips up at the top left, her flipper points down, and a spout rises from her head. Bubbles in different sizes drift around them, and at the bottom wavy seaweed grows from little rocks on each side. The open body shapes are easy for small hands. Why not make mom a deep ocean blue and the baby a lighter sky blue, so they look like a pair? This free printable is good for a quiet afternoon or a sea-themed classroom day.
