Standing tall on its hind legs, this cheerful squirrel grips the handles of a wheelbarrow heaped with small pumpkins and acorns. Big sparkling eyes, an open smile, whiskers and tall tufted ears make it look friendly, and its large fluffy tail curls up behind. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the squirrel's body, tail, and face in warm brown, leaving the tail highlight white.
- 2Fill the wheelbarrow tray and its side in barn red, then color the wheel tire charcoal gray and the wheel hub and metal legs silver gray.
- 3Color the pumpkins in pumpkin orange and the acorns in apricot orange and chestnut brown, keeping the squirrel's belly in pale peach.
- 4Paint the tree leaves in leaf green and the tree trunk, then color the wooden fence in wood tan.
- 5Add golden yellow to the wheel spokes, the falling leaves, and the fallen leaves on the ground, and use barn red or coral red on a few of the leaves.
