A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the squirrel's head, body, legs, paws, and big bushy tail with bright orange, and color the inside of the ears light pink.
- 2Color the cream belly and the chest above it in cream and soft gold, and give the nose a light pink tint.
- 3Color the branch and its tip warm brown, then fill the acorn with caramel brown.
- 4Color the scarf fringe and knit stripes light blue and the scarf tie sky blue, leaving the white knit patches white.
- 5Fill the snow on the branch and the tree tiers with ice blue, and color the lower tree tier mint green.
- 6Optional: Add darker orange lines along the tail and the edges of the body for a bit of depth, and keep the eye shines, snowflakes, and background white.
