Cheerful Wolf Trekking Over Snowy Hills

Coloring guide
Walking straight toward you, a friendly wolf with big round eyes and a cheerful smile crosses this winter scene. Its fluffy chest fur, pointed ears and bushy tail are drawn with lots of small tufts, giving kids plenty of texture to color. Three snow-covered pine trees stand on rolling snowy hills behind it, and round snowflake dots drift across the sky. In the foreground, the wolf's paws press into the snow. Soft grays and whites with a touch of light blue shading suit the fur, and a dark navy or purple sky will make the snowflakes pop. Open, clear shapes work for preschoolers with chunky crayons, and older kids who like detailed fur will have fun too. Pick up this free printable PDF for a classroom project or weekend craft.
