Hunched Werewolf Snarling Beneath the Full Moon

A werewolf stands hunched on two legs with its mouth open in a snarl, showing teeth and a pointed tongue. It has pointed ears, a furry head and chest, and long claws on both hands and feet. The torn shirt hangs open with ragged edges at the sleeves, and the shorts are shredded at the hem. A bushy tail sweeps out behind it. In the background a big round moon with swirl and oval craters hangs in the sky next to several small stars. Jagged hills and spiky tree shapes line the horizon, and tufts of grass run along the ground. The thick outlines are easy for kids to follow. Try a cool palette of deep blues and purples for the sky and hills, then leave the moon pale yellow so it pops. The ragged clothes also make a nice chance to talk about texture and shading.
