Squirtle Heading to School with a Backpack
Coloring guide
Here's a smiling little turtle-like character with a pointed fin on its head, waving hello as it walks up to a schoolhouse. It carries a big backpack with a buckled side pocket and a swirl on the back, and a book is tucked under one arm. A winding path leads to the school, which has a bell tower, a flag on the roof, a double front door and square windows. A round leafy tree, a few bushes and tufts of grass fill the yard. Bold lines and roomy shapes make this free printable a good fit for preschoolers and early elementary kids. Green skin, a red or blue backpack and a golden yellow bell would look great.
