Strawberry Fruit House with a Butterfly and Garden Path
Coloring guide
A giant strawberry turns into a cozy little house here, with a leafy green cap and a curved stem on top. The round-topped wooden door sits in the center with a small knob and a tiny step, and a winding stepping-stone path leads right to it. Two arched windows have flower boxes full of blossoms underneath. In the upper right corner, a smiling butterfly with patterned wings flutters by. Around the bottom of the house are strawberry plants with ripe berries, serrated leaves and a few daisy-like flowers, plus small tufts of grass and bushes in the background. Red for the big strawberry and bright pink or yellow for the window flowers will make them stand out. Print it free for a classroom project or weekend craft. Love this Fruit coloring page? - 3Paint the window panes sky blue and the window frames, window boxes, and door panels wood brown, keeping the flower petals white.
- 4Color the garden path sandy beige and the stepping stones stone gray, then add the small strawberries in bright red.
- 5Butterfly: make the wings pink with lavender purple spots, the body amber orange, and the head sunny yellow, leaving the eyes white.
- 6Optional: add slightly darker shading along one side of the strawberry and leaves for a little depth.
