Tall Round Castle Tower with a Waving Flag

One tall round stone tower stands at the center of this page, with a pointed cone roof and a little flag waving from a pole that ends in a round ball. Just under the roof, a wide battlement ring with square notches circles the tower. Big, chunky bricks in uneven rows make up the walls, so kids get lots of small shapes to fill in. An arched window with its own tiny stones sits on the upper half, and a few grass tufts and bushes peek out at the base on both sides. Bold, clean outlines make it a good free printable for preschoolers and early elementary kids. Warm gray and tan fit the bricks, bright red the roof, and sunny yellow the flag so the top really stands out. The window can be light blue or dark for a cozy touch. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the tall roof cone and the two side roof panels: color them sky blue, leaving the thin lines between them as they are.
- 2Fill the flag and the bushes on both sides of the tower: color the flag bright red and the bushes grass green.
- 3Color the yellow battlement band around the top of the tower and the flagpole ball with golden yellow, and the flagpole itself with wood brown.
- 4Color all the stone blocks of the tower, including the arch stones and the window sill, with light gray, working row by row from top to bottom.
- 5Fill the arched doorway with deep blue. Optional: add a little darker shading at the edges of the stones to make the tower look more solid.
