Two Dinosaurs Beside a Big Nest of Eggs in the Grass

Two friendly cartoon dinosaurs stand in a grassy field beside a big nest full of eggs. The page is turned sideways, so you may want to rotate it before coloring. The larger dinosaur has a long tail, a striped back, and a leafy plant gripped in its mouth, while it looks off to the side with a curious expression. The smaller one stands nearby with its head tilted and its eyes gazing upward. The nest holds a stack of oval eggs, and the rock-like mound around it is dotted with little bubbles and pebbles. Tufts of grass are scattered around, and a row of puffy clouds and bumpy hills sits in the background. Try coloring the eggs in different soft shades so each one looks unique, then use bold stripes on the dinosaurs' backs. This printable page also works well for a quick talk about how dinosaurs hatched from eggs.
