Two Ginkgo Leaves with Fan Shaped Veins

Coloring guide
Two ginkgo leaves overlap on the page, joined at the bottom where their long stems meet in a small rounded tip. Each leaf spreads out like a fan with a wavy, slightly lobed top edge. Thin lines radiate from the base of each leaf and curve outward to the rim, so the leaf is split into many narrow sections. The larger leaf sits on the right and partly covers the smaller one on the left. The outlines are bold and the shapes are big, which makes them easy for younger kids to color inside. Try shading each section between the veins in a slightly different tone, moving from yellow near the stem to green at the edge. This free printable also works well for a science lesson on leaf veins and plant shapes.
