Cat in a Flower Basket Among Tulips

Coloring guide
A fluffy kitten with big sparkly eyes and a happy smile sits in a woven basket, peeking out over its front paws. A single leaf rests on its head like a little hat. Tall tulips rise behind on both sides, and two large daisy-style flowers with round centers sit at the front corners of the basket. Pointed leaves fill in the gaps, and the chunky woven pattern of the basket has lots of rectangles to color. The fluffy fur on the cheeks and chest adds detail for crayons or colored pencils. Try soft orange stripes on the kitten, pink and red tulips, yellow daisy centers and warm brown for the basket. Print or download this free page for kids and coloring fans of any age. A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the cat's face, body and tail area with tangerine orange, leaving the front paws and the cat's eye whites clean.
- 2Color the basket weave with apricot, alternating it with tangerine orange in the rows and using chocolate brown for the darker bricks along the sides and bottom.
- 3Paint the tulips: coral pink for the two smaller tulips on the left and right, and golden yellow for the large tulip on the right.
- 4Color the leaves in leaf green, including the leaf on the cat's head, the big leaves on the left and right, and the leaves around the daisies.
- 5Fill the daisy petals with white and their centers with golden yellow, and add baby pink inside the cat's ears. Optional: add a little light sand along the basket rim for a soft highlight.
