Ribbon-Tied Easter Egg with Bunny and Chick on a Plate

Coloring guide
A smiling, tall-eared bunny sits up straight on a round plate with a big bow at its neck. Beside it stands a large egg tied with a ribbon and another bow, and wavy line patterns run along its sides. In front, tucked next to the bunny, is a small round chick with a tuft of feathers, a pointed beak and little feet. Big shapes and clean lines make this one friendly for preschoolers and early elementary kids still working on pencil control. Lilac or sky blue would be pretty for both bows, with sunny yellow and pink stripes on the egg. A warm yellow chick will show up well next to a white or light gray bunny. It's a free printable that suits an Easter morning table or a classroom activity. This page is part of our Easter coloring pages collection — check out Disney Easter and Fall too.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Start with the big bunny head and body in caramel brown, then fill the fluffy tail with ivory cream and leave the little eye shines white.
- 2Color the plate with leaf green, and use forest green for the outer edge of the plate to give it a finished border.
- 3Fill the egg's side panels with lavender purple, then color the center stripe lemon yellow and add golden yellow on the right edge.
- 4Paint the big bow and the egg's wavy patches with coral pink, and color the neck bow sky blue.
- 5Color the chick in lemon yellow, its beak tangerine orange, and the bunny's inner ears, cheeks and nose with blush pink and rose pink.
- 6Optional: add a few darker strokes of caramel brown or lavender purple along the edges for a little shading.
