Elf Perched on a Spotted Mushroom with a Flower

Up on top of a big spotted mushroom sits a little elf, holding a small flower in one raised hand. He wears a pointed hat with a pom-pom, a zigzag collar, a belt with a square buckle, striped stockings and curly-toed boots. His round eyes and open smile make him look friendly. Two smaller mushrooms and a few tufts of grass fill the bottom corners around the toadstool. Younger kids can handle the large shapes and clear outlines, and older kids will like working on the polka dots, stripes and zigzags. Red or orange would suit the mushroom cap and hat, and a yellow or pink flower will pop against his green tunic. Print the PDF and it's ready for a quiet afternoon or a classroom activity.
