A gentle color plan to get started — mix in your own anytime.

• earth brown
• grass green
• bright red
• golden yellow
• peach skin
• forest green
• orange
• light gray
• dark green
• amber
• warm taupe

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.

1. 1Color the ground and dirt patches in earth brown, then fill the grass areas at the edges and behind the bush in grass green.
2. 2Fill the hero's body in bright red, including the chest, thighs, hips, and helmet top, leaving the small white gaps near the fist and arm highlight white.
3. 3Color the bare arms, fists, and cheeks in peach skin, and fill the flames with orange at the outer edges and golden yellow at the inner tips.
4. 4Paint the boots, lower legs, gloves, forearm band, and belt details in golden yellow, and color the belt in amber.
5. 5Color the rocks and visor in light gray and add warm taupe to the chin shadow, keeping the eye whites white.
6. 6Optional: Add a little darker forest green or dark green to the bush and grass edges for depth.
