- 2Color both baby squirrels' heads and faces peach tan, then add soft pink inner ears and cream muzzles.
- 3Use caramel brown for the baby squirrels' arms and acorn caps, and honey gold for the acorns.
- 4Color the oak leaves leaf green and the nest twigs and tree branch bark brown, keeping the small white gaps between twigs.
- 5Optional: Add a little darker orange or brown along the edges of the tail and branch for depth, and keep the eye whites and eye shines white.
