Three Ripe Strawberries Hanging on the Vine

Coloring guide
Two large strawberries sit side by side near the center of the page, each covered in small oval seeds. A third, smaller strawberry hangs off to the left on a curved stem, and its green cap at the top is still jagged and pointed. Above the big berries, three leaves with serrated edges fan out, and a fourth leaf peeks out at the lower right behind the fruit. Thin vein lines run through each leaf, which gives you nice spots for shading. The outlines are bold and the seeds are easy to see, so this page works well for kids who like to color carefully. Try red for the two big berries and a lighter pink or orange-red for the small one, to show that it is not ripe yet. It's a simple way to talk about how fruit changes as it grows. You can print it free at home or in class.
