Skateboarding Cat in a Safety Helmet

Coloring guide
Crouched on a skateboard with a big open-mouthed grin, this striped kitten wears a vented safety helmet and a buckled collar. The long ringed tail curls way up, and the round eyes and whiskers make the face a pleasure to color. A leafy tree, a wooden picket fence and a few bushes line the paved path behind. A bright blue or red helmet will really stand out, and warm orange can go on the fur stripes and tail rings. Little ones can fill in the wheels and board, while fur strokes and fence slats keep older kids busy. Print it at home and maybe keep a few extra copies handy, since there's plenty of room to experiment. More like this: explore the Cats, Farm Animals and Tiger coloring page collections.

A suggested order, zone by zone — skip around as you like.
- 1Fill the cat's body and face with amber yellow, leaving the two big eye whites bright white.
- 2Color the helmet sky blue, then add a royal blue band along its lower edge and leave the small highlight dots white.
- 3Color the skateboard deck coral red and the wheels deep blue, then fill the metal truck parts with silver gray.
- 4Paint the tree leaves and bushes leaf green, and color the fences sand tan with light gray sidewalks and road.
- 5Add burnt orange and chocolate brown stripes to the tail, then color the inner ears and tongue coral pink.
- 6Optional: add a few darker shadows on the cat's legs and belly with a deeper orange to make it look more rounded.
